Guaranteed job at HDFC Life with a fixed salary of Rs 3 Lakh per annum plus incentives on successful course completion
Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance degree from a well-recognized ‘Manipal Global’ University in a year
4 months of residential classroom training based out of Manipal’s Campuses at Bengaluru or Jaipur with a monthly allowance of Rs 2500/-
2 months On the job training at their base location
Earn a stipend of Rs 16,000/- per month during the 6-month internship plus incentives
Performance based sales incentives over and above salary
After successful completion of this course, candidate will be hired by HDFC Life as ‘Executive Sales Trainee’ at J2 band (one level above than the entry level front line sales employees)
